Press Break Operator

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the generation and administration of Sales for the company, meeting with potential contractors and liaising with contractors, BER Assessors and customers, and supporting the work of the retrofit team. The Sales Coordinator must have ensure the technical specification for the works to be completed on a customer’s property is documented and correct. The Sales Coordinator is required to carry out their duties in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Management System. Under ISO 45001, The Sales Coordinator needs to take account not only of their own health and safety, but also the health and safety of others. The Sales Coordinator are responsible to report any hazardous situations or concerns so that action can be taken.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the generation of Sales.
• Arranging appointments with potential customers in order to promote the company and its products.
• Responsible for the appropriate representation of the company.
• Responsible for meeting with potential contractors.
• Responsible for liaising with contractors in the Republic and Northern Ireland during the sales process and at other stages of the process as required.
• Responsible for liaising with BER Assessors on the technical specification of the works to be completed.
• Responsible for maintaining and servicing their existing customer base.
• Required to attend site meetings, and offer technical support to clients where necessary.
• Required to communicate with all other departments within the organisation to ensure the customers’ expectations are met in full.
• Required to keep diaries and records up to date in a legible manner.
• Expected to meet and exceed their targets where possible on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting quotations and tenders on behalf of the company
• Required to help grow cross border opportunities.
• Required to help develop and grow the NISEP scheme.
• Required to research business opportunities in Northern Ireland by Identifying prospective clients/partners.
• Responsible for attending Trade Shows and other networking events in the Republic and Northern Ireland on behalf the company to promote and grow the business where possible.
• The Sales Coordinator is responsible for administering to their email account.
• The Sales Coordinator is responsible for completing all paperwork required for the maintenance of the organisation management systems.
• The Sales Coordinator are required to carry out their duties in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Management System.
• Required to attend organisational meetings, prepare for the meetings are instructed and contribute positively to the outcome of these meetings.
• The Sales Coordinator is required to complete the CPI form if corrective action was necessary.
• Responsible for dealing with all SEAI, NISEP and Obligated Party Incentives.
• Responsible to assign the jobs that have qualified for work to our contractors.
• The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the master database of all the customer and contractors.
• The Sales Coordinator is responsible to offer technical support to clients where necessary.
• The Sales Coordinator is responsible for meeting organisation key performance indicators (KPI’s).
• The Sales Coordinator is required to being familiar with competitors' activities and products.

• Welding & Fabrication of heavy steel.
• Having the ability to carry out all work aspects in accordance with Quality and Health & Safety standards.
• Working as part of a team.
• Meeting production targets.
• Ensuring highest quality work.
• Previous experience with jigs and cutting equipment.
• Visually inspecting all welds and when they have been completed, having the ability to recognise and resolve all faults.
• Ability to read and understand engineering weldment drawings.
• Provide assistance on any projects which you are asked to be part of.

Responsible for maintenance and repairs of all HGV fleet and trailers

• Carry out repairs on engines, gear box’s, hydraulics and braking systems

• To attend breakdowns as required

• Complete weekly and monthly check sheets

• To carry out regular preventative maintenance

• To carry out and maintain servicing schedule

• To undertake all work in accordance with the Company’s Health and Safety Statement, Policies and Procedures.

• To report any non-conformances, machine/equipment breakages and health and safety issues to your supervisor.

• To report any accidents/incidents immediately to your supervisor.

• To report any machine or equipment issues to your supervisor immediately.

• To carry out all work to the required level of quality

·       Manage the delivery of bespoke precast projects from award to completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets aremaintained.

·       Act as the main point ofcontact for all site-related communication with contractors, site managers, andclients.

·       Coordinate with installation teams,providing necessary documentation, drawings, and logistical support.

·       Conduct site surveys forboth bespoke and standard flooring projects, including pre-installation checks and dimensional verification.

·       Assist in the project management of standard flooring jobs when time and workload allow.

·       Attend regular site visits,coordination meetings, and monitor progress on live projects.

·       Resolve technical and installation issues quickly and effectively,escalating where necessary.

·       Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety standards, site protocols, and company procedures.
