As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily administrative tasks within the Retrofit team. You’ll handle customer communications, manage documents and appointments, liaise with internal departments and external partners, and support compliance with industry and quality standards.

Deliver high-quality design work across key projects from Tender stage to completion
Set and maintain design standards,guidelines, and best practices
Review and refine design concepts, layouts,and final outputs
Plan and prioritise design work to meet deadlines
Collaborate closely with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and procurement
Provide constructive feedback and support performance development for team members
Actively contribute to shaping the daily working environment within the design office and showroom

Assist the team in preparing detailed FF&E specification schedules for tender and project delivery.
Create accurate pricing documents and quotation packs for furniture install and refurb & furnish projects.
Liaise directly with leading furniture brands and suppliers to obtain pricing, technical data, and lead times.
Support product selection and value engineering to ensure specifications meet design intent and budget constraints.
Maintain and update the company’s furniture library with current product data, finishes, and supplier information.
Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure a seamless handover from design to delivery.
Prepare and format tender documentation and client presentation materials.
Track design revisions, update specification documents and cost controls as projects progress.
Attend supplier presentations and trade events to stay informed on new product ranges and trends.
