• Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and contractors.

• Monitor project budgets and costs
• Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure buildability and cost efficiency.
• Liaise with the design and workshop teams to ensure accurate production output
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Mentor and support junior project managers and coordinators

Due to ongoing project growth, the company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple retrofit projects, including external wall insulation, energy efficiency upgrades, and other building improvement works.
Take full ownership of multiple live retrofit projects from initiation to completion
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead project teams including site managers, supervisors, and subcontractors
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide clear guidance to achieve project objectives
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance
Risk, Compliance & Reporting
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
Prepare regular project reports for senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and milestones
