We are currently recruitinga Transport Administrator to support our transport and operations team. This role is central to the day-to-day coordination of transport activities across Ireland, the UK, and Europe, ensuring smooth communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams.
The successful candidate will be organised, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, pressurised environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.
• Assist with the coordination of a transport team delivering throughout Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
• Support the day-to-day management of drivers, acting as a key point of contact.
• Act as the first point of contact for drivers and customers, handling queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure all queries and issues are responded to promptly, minimising disruption and time loss.
• Liaise with internal departments to proactively resolve operational challenges.
• Update and maintain customer portals accurately and on time.
• Carry outgeneral administrative duties associated with transport operations.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as required to support the wider business.
• Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or administrative role is desirable, but full training will be provided.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Abilityto work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a pressurised, fast-paced environment.
• Stronginterpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent inspoken and written English.
Working Hours between 8am to 6pm
