Our Client

We are recruiting for a Showroom Sales Executive for our client in the Dundalk area.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, customer-centric self-starter with a passion for interiors/ Interior design, Tile, Bathroom ware and customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities

Pro-active member of the Sales team including providing one-to-one consultations, working on customers’ projects from initial meeting through to after-sale service
Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where reaching targets is vital
Provide quotations based on customer requirements and budget
Follow up on these quotes and close the sale
Exceed customer satisfaction & solve customers’ queries
Excellent product knowledge & continued learning
Working off your own initiative and understanding the importance of great customer service

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar retail environment
Ability to work as part of a fast pace team to achieve targets and budgets
Have an interest in interiors/ interior design
Tiles/sanitary ware background highly desirable
Sales experience essential - Pro-active in sales approach/target driven
Strong communication & nterpersonal skills with the ability to show empathy with customers
Intact Software and PC skills including Word and Microsoft Outlook with design software desirable
Customer-focused with a desire to provide our customers with first-class service
Inspiring and well-presented with a professional, warm demeanor and enthusiastic attitude
Willingness to learn from your senior peers

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established hardware retailer, who is seeking an experienced and motivated Hardware Retail Associate to join their team.

· Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
