Our client is seeking an organised, reliable and enthusiastic individual for this role.
They will be required to manage a varied workload so organisation and the ability to prioritise tasks is key.
Excellent communication skills, polite and professional manner to greet visitors and customers both in person and on the phone.
This position is a 12 months Contract , 35 hours weekly
• Greeting visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answeringand directing phone calls, emails, and web inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Supportingthe team with administrative tasks, including taking minutes at monthly salesmeeting, issuing PO’s, daily Post Office run (company car provided), scheduling appointments etc.
• Creating,publishing, and scheduling engaging content (video, photography, graphics)across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Responding to comments and messages, actively engaging with our online community
• Photography, videography, editing and organisation ofmarketing material.

· Carry out regular reviewswith existing clients in order to identify any financial needs.
· Establish strongrelationships with existing clients and new clients.
· Provide best advice toclients surrounding their life protection, pension and investment needs.
· Make recommendations toclients whilst ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and standards.
· Provide ongoing serviceand advice to clients through regular reviews.
