Our Client

Our client is seeking an organised, reliable and enthusiastic individual for this role.

They will be required to manage a varied workload so organisation and the ability to prioritise tasks is key.

Excellent communication skills, polite and professional manner to greet visitors and customers both in person and on the phone.

This position is a 12 months Contract , 35 hours weekly

 

Roles & Responsibilities

•             Greeting visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner.

•             Answeringand directing phone calls, emails, and web inquiries promptly and efficiently.

•             Supportingthe team with administrative tasks, including taking minutes at monthly salesmeeting, issuing PO’s, daily Post Office run (company car provided),                scheduling appointments etc.

•             Creating,publishing, and scheduling engaging content (video, photography, graphics)across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and                 YouTube.

•             Responding to comments and messages, actively engaging with our online community

•             Photography, videography, editing and organisation ofmarketing material.

 

Requirements

1 Year previous expereince in Marketing

Excellent Customer Services

Strong IT Skills

Package

Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm.
