Our Client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team and help expand their market presence.
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients within the construction sector, including contractors, architects, and builders merchants.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Provide expert advice on insulation products and solutions to meet customer requirements.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients and industry stakeholders.
Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
Knowledge of insulation products and their applications is highly desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-driven with a strong commitment to achieving results.

Base Salary €65,000
