Our Client

Our client in the fire protection industry is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing new customer relationships and managing existing accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding their market presence and achieving sales targets, particularly within the fire safety and protection sector.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets in line with company objectives.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential markets.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the company’s range of fire protection products and services to effectively present and demonstrate their value to clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing, ensuring all client requirements are met.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting & KPIs: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, track performance against targets, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the fire safety, security, or construction industry.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a senior sales role with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

Package

Base salary: €60k DOE

Attractive commission structure (€100k OTE)
