Senior Cabinet Maker

As a Senior Cabinet Maker, you will oversee the full production process—from planning and manufacturing to installation—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You'll work closely with the sales and design teams, provide guidance to workshop staff, and maintain a hands-on role in both factory and site work.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Design teams to assess and plan new projects.
• Accurately estimate materials, timelines, and costs.
• Ensure technical drawings are feasible, cost-effective, and production-ready.
• Manage manufacturing processes and lead a small production team.
• Resolve installation queries and liaise with clients on-site as required.
• Ensure a high standard of craftsmanship, quality control, and safety throughout all stages of the project.

• Trade-qualified Cabinet Maker.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial or retail cabinet manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of machinery and tools including edge banders, panel saws, and hand routers.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Clean driver’s license (essential).
• Well-organised with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to deadlines
