‍‍We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide professional, friendly, and helpful assistance in all areas of the store. The successful candidate will also help maintain the high standards of the showroom and thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by offering advice and guidance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate tills and manage point-of-sale transactions, including cash, card, and credit payments.
• Participate in regular stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Maintain the high standards and presentation of the showroom.
• Handle and unpack deliveries on a daily basis, adhering to manual handling practices.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Demonstrate a positive and helpful attitude when dealing with both colleagues and customers.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent customer service is provided at all times.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be computer literate, with experience using MS Excel and Outlook.
• Be reliable, organised, and committed to maintaining and improving store standards.
• Show self-motivation and creativity in a busy retail environment.

Preferable but Not Essential:

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• A passion for home interiors.
